Memory with a twist: need playtesters!
Thank you for responding to my call for help!
I'm making a free game to show how the Atkinson-Shiffrin memory model of memory works by using the different memory modes to gain points.
The game will be for kids between 6 and 12 years old, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to show the model to them. My hope is that while you play, you use the part of your brain responsible for each memory type. Currently, there are two versions of the game: one with task cards, another with three different types of cards instead of task cards. I'd be really happy to hear your feedback on what it was like to play the game.
You would help me most if you answered these questions:
- how fun was it?
- would you recommend it to anyone you know?
- does it succeed in showing how the memory model works?
Feel free to tell me anything you notice about the game of course!
